Brig Rick Libbey, Director Rugby presenting an ARU Rugby Shirt to Phil Leigh of Kirkham Grammar School (between Blackpool and Preston) who beat Millfield in the finals of the Christ College Brecon Sevens.

Phil Leigh, Man of the Tournament, is a terrific player and Rick told him he needs to join the Army, but he replied that he would not do so if they were to make him wear a 4XL shirt!
