A mascot is wanted to lead the Army XV out onto the
pitch at Twickenham before the clash against the Navy
on 1st May 2010. The Army Rugby Union (ARU) is offering
the chance for a child (between the ages of 8 and 10)
from a British Army family to act as mascot to the Army
team for the clash against the Royal Navy on 1st May
2010.
The lucky child who is selected will receive the following: |
- Free Army Replica Kit
- Tickets for the family in prime location
- Exclusive access to the tunnel at Twickenham with
one adult family member.
The Mascot will also:
- Meet the Army players.
- Lead the team onto the pitch with Army team captain
Mark Lee.
- Stand with the team for the pre-match formalities,
introductions and National Anthem.

Closing date: 31 March 2010
The lucky person selected will be informed early April
2010 and may be requested to appear in promotional articles
for military publications.
The family of the mascot will be required to make their
own way to Twickenham on 1st May 2010.
