(G) holds three rubgy competition each season. All BA (G) units
are invited to play in any or all three of the competitions.

BA (G) Rugby Inter Unit League Competition
It is intended that a BA (G) Rugby Inter Unit League competition will take place this season. It will be difficult for some, as Operations and Training are certainly going to affect many units. However, it should be possible for many units to participate and play a good many games during the period 01 Sep 09 - 01 May 10. This would be a Germany wide league allowing teams to play each other no more than twice and the overall results would be averaged out at the end of the season to provide a winner. League Points Scoring System
- Win - 4 Pts.
- Draw - 2 Pts.
- Loss - 1 Pt.
- 1 bonus point will be awarded to teams that score 4 tries within a match. (8 tries equates to 2 points etc)
- 1 bonus point will be awarded to a team that loses by 7 or less points within a match.
- 2 bonus points will be awarded to the travelling team as long as it is outside the garrison/local area.

BA (G) Rugby Challenge Cup and Shield Competitions
The dates for both competitions will be on the Calendar. Once the Secretary
receives notification from units that they wish to enter, the draw
will be made. There will be some scope to amend playing dates and
every endeavour will be made to try and work around Exercises and
Operations. Dates can only be changed once agreement has been obtained
from the Secretary. However, the one date that is immoveable is
the final on or around 09 Dec 09.
