The Army Rugby Union (ARU) is committed to improving the standard of rugby at all levels of the game, from grass roots Community Rugby to the Representative teams.

Key to this is the development of skills and tactics through effective, imaginative and demanding training.

Qualified coaches are vital to the future of Army Rugby. No matter what your level of playing or coaching experience, there is something for you on a coaching course run by the ARU.

Coaching Development Seminar - 14-15 Jul 10
The ARU will be conducting a Coaching Development Seminar at Arborfield Wed 14-Thu 15 Jul 10 it will be open to all qualified and 'soon to be' qualified coaches in the Army.

Day One will consist of a round robin type affair with Attack, Defence, Set Piece, Analysis, Conditioning, Game Plans etc etc all being touched on.

Day Two will be conducted by Mr Brian Ashton MBE and will offer a chance for you to see one of the top coaches in the World in action. Contact ARU CoOrd for more detail.

SAQ courses currently priced at £141 inc VAT which reduces to £28.20 if using SLC.
