Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the ARURS will be held at HMS Temeraire, Burnaby Road, Portsmouth at 1400hrs, Friday 30 March 2010. Lunch and refreshments will be available from 1300hrs.

• Time: 1400hrs (lunch and light refreshments available from 1300hrs)
• Travel: Details of the AGM can be found in the attached calling notice. Only those attending the AGM can claim for travel

• Date: Friday 30 April 2010
• Venue: HMS Warrior, Portsmouth
• Timings: 1900-2359hrs
• Price: approx £20 per ARURS member and one guest (additional guests £40)
• Accommodation: Available – see admin order
• Dress: Lounge suits and equivalent for ladies
• Entertainment: Kaleidoscope
• Official Guests: TBC
