Mission Statements

Academy (U20/23) The Academy develops young players for future Army teams and has two missions:

The Under 23s (U23) team mission is: "To win the Inter-Service Championships Year on Year and to produce at least 3 players that are of a level that they are able to train with the Senior XV post Christmas."

The Under 20s (U20) team mission is: "To progress to the play-off stage of the County Championships Every Year and provide at least 5 players capable of playing in the U23 Inter Service Championships the following season."
